WalkWorks grant on hold with Borough but they are interested.
Tom Fickinger spoke to Melissa Dyers at the Borough about this initiative and is interested.

Signs at end of town:
Deb Thompson will Create new “Welcome to Pine Grove” placard application for Jerry Newswager to offer to businesses.
Jerry working with Charlie Zimmerman to create new signs that will withstand weather better than current.
There are 28 slots total at 4 sites coming into Pine Grove.
Current PGABCA members will have first option for placard.
One placard per business.
Deb will create application and give to Jerry for distribution.
Cost for sign is $150 initial cost and $100 annually for renewal.
Update on Scouting for Deals:
Great success
Funds raised will support the scouts going to an overnight trip to the Battleship New Jersey and to see the Liberty Bell, as well as other scout needs.

PGABCA missed deadline for initial Schuylkill COC membership drive mailing.
Deb Thompson will complete next week and forward printed flyers to Renee Buchanan for second mailing and to be included in Sign drive by Jerry Newswanger.
Renee Buchanan to send list of Schuylkill COC members to Deb Thompson to see which are current paid members of PGABCA by Dual Membership.
